I’ve been having this issue for about a year. The mouse wheel on my Razer Viper V2 Pro does not work at all — it doesn’t scroll up or down. I tried cleaning it with compressed air, which only helped for about 30 minutes. I’ve also reinstalled the software several times.
The only thing I haven’t done is open the mouse, since I don’t have replacement gliders. I’m not sure if there is any possible solution considering that one year has already passed. It was very expensive for me to buy this mouse, and I really wouldn’t want to have to buy another one.
