Razer Viper V2 Pro scroll wheel problem

when i scroll down it scrolls up, but only sometimes. this is a problem that many other ppl have im just wondering if i should return it or if theres another fix. short term fixes like compressed air only work for like 20 minutes before the issue persists again

    Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
