Razer Viper V2 Pro scroll wheel problem

hello,
I have the same problem as some others, namely that the page often jumps up and down when scrolling.
I have already updated the firmware as described and restarted the programs, but it does not improve.
It is a great pity as I have been using the mouse for less than 1 year.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. By the way, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Feel free to drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
