The mouse can inputs except scroll wheel but wont move the cursor around even though it was working perfectly fine yesterday and a few hours ago today. Its confusing because i haven’t moved it from my desk or dropped it at all so i don’t know that the problem could be. Also I’m using the wired dongle.
edit: i tried reconnecting it and now it wont even detect the mouse
Very late but I have the same problem, it worked for like 30 minutes after completely reinstalling razer synapse but idk a permanent fix. I can’t contact razer support eithier cause my warranty is over, love it when a $150 mouse stops working and it being such a small thing as the sensor with no help in sight.

Can you clean your mouse sensor with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the sensor issue you're currently experiencing.
