razer viper v2 pro sensor not working properly

So my Razer viper v2 is not working well because of the sensor, is there any possible ways to fix it, or I will have to replace it.

I’d test it on another PC if possible both through wire and wireless dongle.

If it’s not working, then I’d RMA it.
