Razer Viper V2 Pro stooped working and I don't know where to send it for repair

2 months ago I bought a Razer Viper V2 Pro(black) on amazon (Razer store on amazon). The mouse stopped working all of a sudden, which means there is no LED light at all when I plug it into the charger, nor the USB on the PC, nor the USB on the laptop, nor does it work wirelessly. I also have a white version of the same device that works normally on all devices, wireless and plugged in. The device is of course under warranty, and I don't know where to send it for service. amazon does not offer "return" or similar links, but only a support link that throws me on Razer's pages, where it is impossible to find anything about it. (it occurs to me to wonder if the website was made that way on purpose). When I go to the map of official local dealers within a radius of 50 kilometers, they show a couple of addresses, but they are the addresses of shopping centers where there are 30 stores each, so that is also a totally stupid design, because they do not specify the name of the store that is the official Razer dealer. I'm in Germany, so please provide an address or link for returning the Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse, repairing it, or replacing it.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your Amazon invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
