I bought my Razer V2 Pro two years ago and it only had a minor issue with the wheel, but this is on another level. I already just turned my computer on and my mouse was completely dead, it doesn’t charge or give any signs of life. I tried several thing like charge it for 30 minutes but still not working, I don't know what else I can do.

Have you tried plugging it into a different power source? What about a different charging cable? Please send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
