I recently claimed a replacement for my Razer Viper V2 Pro (originally $150). Due to stock unavailability, Razer Support has offered me the Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed as a replacement. However, this model is priced at $70 and is a noticeable downgrade.
I’d prefer a replacement of equivalent value, such as the Razer Viper V3 Pro or Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or successfully resolved a case like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
