Hi all,

I'm having an issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro where the USB dongle is completely
unrecognized by Windows.

**My situation:**
- Wired connection works perfectly fine
- The dongle shows nothing in Device Manager when plugged in
- No LED activity on the dongle
- Tried multiple USB ports (including rear motherboard ports, USB 2.0)
- Tried on a different PC — same result, not recognized

**What I've already tried:**
- Different USB ports (front/rear, USB 2.0 and 3.0)
- Reinstalled Razer Synapse
- Re-pairing via the button on the mouse bottom
- Tested on another PC

The dongle itself seems to be dead. Has anyone experienced this?
Did Razer support send a replacement dongle, or did they replace the whole unit?

Any help appreciated!

Hi @tomokin966,

It does seem that your dongle is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and go over our inventory?
