Hello, I have a Razer V2 Pro Wireless gaming mouse and my PC is not detecting the dongle. I have tried all steps available online. I have tried using different ports, updated the mouse, but the dongle is not being detected at all. When I plug in the adapter to my PC it does not make the sound of a device being plugged in.

What is the solution to fix this? I bought this mouse brand new. Model # is RZ01-0439. Serial # is (Removed SN for security.purposes)

Thanks đź™‚

Hi xLeGenDaRii,

Let's try to close or disable the Razer Synapse and check if the problem persists. If so, uninstall the mouse drivers by doing the following:

  1. Press “Windows + S" on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
  2. Type in “Device Manager" and hit Enter.
  3. Go to Mouse and other pointing devices.
  4. Right-click on your Razer Mouse and select Uninstall device.
  5. Go to Human Interface devices.
  6. Right-click on your Razer Mouse and select Uninstall device.
  7. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also use the pairing utility here to fix the issue. If you need further assistance, please send me a PM with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. All the best!
