Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle stopped working

Hello,

I have a Razer Viper V2 Pro that I have been using for about a year. Suddenly, Windows stopped recognizing the mouse wirelessly. After troubleshooting, I believe the wireless dongle may have stopped working.

The mouse still works when connected via USB, but I can no longer use it wirelessly.

I would like to know if there are any possible solutions I can try to get the wireless connection working again. Also, does Razer provide replacement dongles for the Viper V2 Pro? If so, how can I request or purchase a replacement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
