Hello,

I recently bought a Razer Viper v2 Pro off of Amazon. I Bought a  used one in a “good” condition so everything schould work, After a bit of Testing i came to the conclusion that my PC doesnt recocnize the Dongle of the mouse. Ive tried several Ports aswell as not using the adapter i chechkt all of those ports with my 2. Mouse a Razer Basilisk hyperspeed and they worked fine. I followed every step to turning the mouse on as its stated in the instruction manuell. 

Now is there anything i could try before sending it back ?
