Razer Viper V2 Pro Won't Connect to Hyperspeed

Hey everyone. I'm trying to connect my Viper V2 Pro to my Hyperpolling dongle. In Synapse, when I go to the hyperspeed device, it says it is connected to my mouse. However, when I go to the Viper V2 Pro, it still says "Open Pairing Utility". I've looked online but can't find anything. Is there any way to fix this?
