Hi Iv has this mouse for nearly a year and it's been basically perfect. Just today I opened my laptop plugged it in and it isn't working. I checked the charge and it was charged. Then i tried to factory reset the mouse and it didn't work. It'd not being recognised by synapses nor the firmware updater, or even windows device manager. It was working fine yesterday and now it's like it doesn't even exist.
