My Viper V3 no longer charges or turns on. I have tried changing cables and PCs and found the cable works fine but the mouse itself does not turn on at all. I have tried holding the power/edpi button but that does not work either. I have tried updating and repairing viper synapse as well, but the mouse does not turn on. I noticed that razor synapse does not recognize that the device is connected even when all the cables are plugged in.
