Hi guys, I just noticed my V3 still has this problem with periodically loosing connection.
Suddenly in the game it stops working, the it blinks 2x green, and I get connection again.
Sometimes its 1second without connection, sometetimes its 3-5 seconds without connections.
I already contacted Razer support and got my “old” V3 replaced by a new one.
Now this new one has the same error.
It is really annoying, and im not the only one.
According to reddit / internet alot of people do have this problem.
I already changed dongle sides on my Laptop (switched from right side usb to left side usb) to counteract any signals from the internal W-Lan.
Already changed batteries.
Already updated firmware.
Already have my dongle near to my screen.
Already tried different sort of batteries.
Already have the newest Synapes.
Already tried the older Synapse.
Already tried frequently resetting / restarting the mouse.
What else can I do?
Some people are writing about a circuit board error, which makes the mouse restart on an internal short-circuit.
→ I cannot see inside the mouse.
The last thing I can do is destroy my mouses batch-code again and ask for a replacement.
I cannot really play well with such connection-issues.
Any thoughts?
