Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed disconnects after a few seconds.

I have had this mouse for a good two years and it worked perfectly, recently it just disconnects. Doesn’t appear in the app, and only works once I restart the mouse, and then too only for a few seconds, yes I have tried many batteries so that is not an issue, it was updated too so no firmware update is not an option. The mouse still seems to be powered because it has the sensor laser still on, but the indicator led that it uses to tell you if its trying to reconnect, doesn’t show any light. I cant find out what the issue is, I have an Orochi that works perfectly, I have tried this on three computers across three operating systems, same issue.
