Hello,
my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed keeps turning on and off all the time. I have already tried everything (different USB ports for the dongle, changed the battery, reinstalled drivers, etc.), but nothing works.
The mouse is only 4 months old, and I don’t know if it’s defective or if there’s anything else I can do.
Can someone please help me?
