I've bought a Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed a few Months ago, was super happy about it, until about 3 weeks ago it randomly started disconnecting.
It happens randomly, sometimes every few minutes or every hour or so. It makes it unuseable in competitive games for me.
I've tried:
- Updateing the Firmware
- Reinstalling Synapse
- Updateing Windows
- Disconnecting my wifi Antennas on the PC
- Moveing the Dongle to diffrent Ports (USB 3.2, 2.0)
- Haveing a clear line of sight between Dongle and Mouse and moving it closer
- Trying it on diffrent Devices
and nothing seems to work, I've read about multiple people haveing this Problem, but i don't seem to find anyone who was able to fix it.
It never fell down or anything, it was just sitting on my deks waiting to be used about twice a week.
I'm happy for any help.
