I urchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. Everything was working perfectly, and the mouse was stable, but recently I started experiencing problems.
First, I noticed severe freezes and constant disconnections/reconnections of the mouse. I tried re-pairing the dongle with the mouse, but the problem disappeared for exactly 20 minutes and then returned.
I also tried updating the mouse firmware, but this did not resolve the issue. Replacing the battery did not help either.
I tested the mouse on a laptop as well, and the same problem occurred. Uninstalling Razer Synapse also did not help.
Could you please advise what else I can try to resolve this issue?
