I bought razer viper v3 hyperspeed a few months ago. The mouse is disrupting my wifi connection. I can use the mouse when I connect Ethernet and mobile wifi. However, when I use 2.4 GHz wireless wifi, the connection is established and disconnected immediately. Later, I get the error "Cannot connect to this network". Can you help me?

Hi YaleBlueAQUAMARINEbiz974,

I understand that you're experiencing interference between your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse and your 2.4 GHz wireless network. This is a known issue that can occur with wireless devices that operate on the same frequency. I recommend updating the firmware of your device, as this may resolve the connectivity problem. You can find the firmware updater and detailed instructions at the following link: Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed Firmware Updater. If you need further help, please PM me with your device serial number so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!
