I recently got a new USB dongle (not the hyperpolling one) for my Razer Viper V3 hyperspeed mouse after I damaged the original one. I downloaded the correct firmware updater, launched it, updated my new dongle within a few seconds but then the next step where I was supposed to turn on the mouse and update it became an issue. The firmware updater can’t detect the mouse and I don’t know what to do since there is no USB cable I could use to connect the mouse and the pc that way. The mouse is powered by an AA battery. If anyone has any info on what to do, your help would be greatly appreciated.
