I have a Viper V3 Hyperspeed that won’t track on my new mouse pad. It works fine on other surfaces. I have an older razer atheris that works fine on the new mouse pad. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It might be that your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed has a "lift-off distance" (LOD) or surface calibration mismatch with the new mouse pad. To fix this, reset the surface calibration in Razer Synapse, clean the sensor lens, or adjust your DPI settings.
