Razer Viper V3 hyperspeed spring and battery cover

Hi, so my razer viper v3 hyperspeed that I've had since 2024 July has a broken battery cover and a bent spring and I don't know how to fix it or where to fix it since I live in the united Arab Emirates and there are no razer stores/ service centers there so I need help and thank you if you read this.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issues with your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed. Allow me to ask a few questions regarding the problem.
    When you say the battery cover is broken, what exactly is damaged?

    • What happened right before you first noticed the problem?
    • Did the mouse get dropped, squeezed, or knocked off the desk at any point?
    • Or did the cover/spring just suddenly start acting up during normal use?
    • Is it the small latch/clip that holds it in place, or is the whole cover cracked/warped?
    • Is the mouse still powering on, or does it lose power when you move it?
    • Does the spring still touch the battery properly, or does it feel loose?
