I just bought the mouse and it’s amazing. The only thing is that I see very consistent frame drops. There’s a new setting where you can go to 8k polling rate but whenever I move around my frames drop to 10. Even 4k polling rate my frames are noticeable and drop a lot. I have a good pc and that isn’t the issue, even when I play on 1-2 polling rate I still see some frame loss. Is this how it’s supposed to be? Or is there an update behind it?

To isolate the concern, please make sure to update your Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware here. If the same problem persisit, PM me with the information below so I can escalate the issue to our Support Team to further inverstigate the issue.
