Just recently purchased the razer viper v3 pro, and when trying to connect to my legion 7i gaming laptop, it won’t connect wirelessly or while plugged into the laptop. Plugged in a random mouse I found in the house and it connected automatically. Really hope I can get a answer on this. Running windows 11.

+1Is the dongle visible in Windows device manager? How about connecting mouse wired? Or try it both wired and wireless on another PC.
