razer viper v3 pro

I picked up the V3 Pro last week, I'm on the latest firmware but I'm experiencing weird micro movements in games like Valorant. And call of duty There will be clear moments where my crosshair flicks down half a inch without any input. It seems to be only downwards but in a perfectly straight line. Does this seem like a sensor issue, defective also some time its too heavy to move and some time move slow and fast at the same time 😔 😔 😞 😞
