I recently bought a razer viper v3 pro this january and I noticed that the charging speed of this mouse is super slow. For Context, I charged both my Razer Viper v3 pro and my logitech gpro mouse at the same time.
My Viper v3 Pro was 57% and my Gpro mouse was 60%, 30 minutes after charging my viper v3 pro was still at 58% while my Gpro mouse is already at 85%. I am really confused why this is happening as I just recently bought this brand new at a mall.
I Tried to update the firmware & plugged it both in front port and back port (direct to motherboard) and still the same issue.
