Razer viper v3 pro

I have problems with my viper v3 pro recently sometimes when its fully charged everything works fine only until my mouse hits low battery like 15-5% i charge it but this time it charged but kept on staying the same percentage or sometimes it even dropped, I let the mouse die and tried to charge it for 2 hours on my pc and it still stayed the same i think i havbe a faulty USB-C cable or something because then later i tried using a normal USB-C cable like one I use for my phone for charging and then after a couple of hours i hit 100% whan can I do so it doesnt happen and waste time because its really annoying and the mouse is actually really good it would be bad if I cant use it properly because of that issue and its time consuming
