hello! ive have some issues with my mouse and trying to connect to synapse. if i could please have some information or assistance i would appreciate it! the issue is that its showing “ p/no is invalid “ or incorrect spelling each time i type in my numbers. i bought from a year ago off amazon, so i understand the warranty may be outdated, but if there is something else than can be done please contact me!
