Today I couldn’t turn on my viper v3 pro so I assume it’s out of battery. When I charged it for a while and I looked at the synapse and its still at zero percent.
I have done all the firmware update and everything.

Hey there,
Thanks for alerting us about this. Try changing the power source and once the charging indicator is lighting up, leave it for an hour and check Synapse. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
