Razer Viper v3 Pro Charging extremely slow

I have the Razer Viper v3 Pro Pokemon Pikachu Edition, and the mouse has begun to charge extremely slowly despite only having it for less than a year. I had it plugged in all day and it has gone from 29 to 36 percent battery.

I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro Pokémon Pikachu Edition is charging very slowly. Let’s try a few steps to help isolate the issue: 

1. Plug the charging cable directly into your PC and avoid USB hubs or extension adapters if possible.

2. If you’re already using a PC, test other USB ports (preferably on the back of a desktop, or different ports on a laptop) to see if the charging speed improves.

3. If you have a compatible cable available, try using it to confirm whether the issue might be with the original cable.

4. Open Razer Synapse and confirm that the mouse is detected and that it shows as charging when connected.

5. Try charging your mouse on the another computer to see if the same issue persists.
