Razer Viper V3 Pro – Charging Issue (Battery Percentage Not Increasing)

Hello Razer Support,

I am experiencing a charging issue with my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse. When I plug it in, the mouse indicates that it is charging, but the battery percentage does not increase.
I have already updated to the latest firmware, and the issue started/continued after the update.

I have also tried using different USB-C cables, switching USB ports, reinstalling Synapse, and testing on another computer, but the problem still persists.

Could you please assist me with further troubleshooting, or advise if the device needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty?
Additionally, please provide the previous firmware version so I can test if the issue is caused by the latest update.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
