My mouse charge depleted to 0% and now even on charge, via different USB ports, cables, computers, the % remains at 0.
I’ve re-installed synapse, Uninstalled mouse drivers and the HID’s for the mouse, but still the problem persists.
I’ve seen a few threads with similar issues but I’ve not been able to find a solution for the problem.
Is there anything else I can do that might solve the problem I’m having?

Try to update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
