I bought the mouse around December-January and it will work perfectly fine one day but then the next day it completely stops working. The mouse connects when I plug the USB C cable into the dongle but doesn’t work. When i plug it directly into the mouse it doesn’t connect at all. I have updated it to the latest firmware, reinstalled its drivers, tested it on another PC, turned off Razer Synapse, plugged it into different USB ports, and tried different cables.
