Razer Viper V3 Pro connection issues

I bought the mouse around December-January and it will work perfectly fine one day but then the next day it completely stops working. The mouse connects when I plug the USB C cable into the dongle but doesn’t work. When i plug it directly into the mouse it doesn’t connect at all. I have updated it to the latest firmware, reinstalled its drivers, tested it on another PC, turned off  Razer Synapse, plugged it into different USB ports, and tried different cables.

Thanks for alerting us about this and we’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
