Razer Viper V3 Pro doesn't charge anymore

Hello Community,

 

I recently bought a Razer Viper V3 Pro. So war I was pretty happy with the mouse. Today the mouse just turned off , I tried to charge it but it stays at 0%. I updatet all drivers, as suggestet from Razer.

Nothing works, hope to get support here as this is an expensive product , and something like this should not happen.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Viper V3 Pro not charging. To isolate the issue, please perform the steps laid out below:

  1. Make sure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub.
  2. Use the original cable that comes with it and ensure that the cable is fully seated.
  3. Ensure to update your Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware.
  4. Test the mouse with a different system without Synapse if applicable.
