I just recently bought the Razer Viper v3 Pro. Wireless dongle suddenly doesn’t work, It turns solid green but Synapses doesnt detect it. I tried it on my sons laptop but still it won’t work. Please help. I tried Firmware update but it doesn’t detect it as well. It is plugged directly to motherboard.
If it helps. When the mouse is in sleep mode and I clicked it, the light on the dongle lights up.

I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro's wireless dongle is not being detected. Let’s work through some troubleshooting to further isolate the issue:
- Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.

Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
