So, I am just now having this issue, but whenever I plug in my mouse it will say its charging but will not go up in battery whatsoever. I’ve tried tutorials, and tips and nothing seems to help. If there is any way that this problem can be fixed, please let me know!

I understand that you’re having an issue where your mouse shows it’s charging but the battery percentage never increases.
To better assist you, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you’ve already performed so that we do not repeat the same steps.
Also, could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
