When I open Razer Synapse, my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse can use the middle mouse button. Without the app open, it doesn't work. This issue occurred after I updated the mouse to the latest version via your website.

I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro's middle mouse button only works when Razer Synapse is enabled. To isolate the issue, please reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse. Additionally, test the device on another computer to see if the problem persists.
