Razer Viper V3 Pro Issues with not turning on and randomly disconnecting

My Razer Viper V3 Pro has issues with it not charging. After trying to reinstall the firmware months ago when this first happened and it not working I just decided to deal with it and just use it plugged in. Now however my mouse will randomly disconnect and I’ll have stutters sometimes when I’m using it. I’ve followed uninstalling the device through device manager and reinstalling the firmware multiple times but nothing works. This isn’t the first mouse that this has happened to me with and I’m sick of it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
