Razer Viper V3 Pro keeps disconnecting

I got a new Viper V3 Pro a couple of weeks ago, and it has started randomly disconnecting for anywhere between 2 and 30 seconds. It didn’t have this problem when I got it, but it started a few days ago and has been getting worse each day. I otherwise like the mouse a lot, so I don’t want to return it, but this issue is making it really challenging to use.

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro is having an intermittent connection. Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? To isolate the issue, please ensure that the dongle is fully seated directly into the computer USB port and not a USB hub. If the same problem persists, try testing your mouse with another computer to determine if the issue. If the problem persists. please send me a PM with your mouse’s serial number, video showing the issue and the proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options.
