Razer viper v3 pro keeps disconnecting my wifi

I’ve just bought my razer viper v3 pro and It keeps blocking my wifi connection when I’m connecting my mouse wireless. Please help me solving this issues ! :(

I'm sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connection issue you're experiencing with your Razer Viper V3 Pro. How far is your mouse from the Wi-Fi router? Are there any other wireless devices near your setup that could be causing interference? Try moving them away to see if the issue persists. To help us isolate and fix this problem, please consider the following steps:

  1. Try changing your Wi-Fi connection's channel. Non-overlapping channels such as 1, 6, or 11 are recommended to reduce interference.
  2. Ensure that your mouse and Wi-Fi adapter drivers, Router’s firmware are fully updated.
  3. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port to see if the issue is port-specific.
