While I game I keep having this annoying issue that my mouse keeps randomly disconnecting. I’ve heard many other people are having this problem too. And it seems to be a software one. To keep it simply put, I’ve tried everything this website and other sources have recommended, such as reinstalling apps and drivers, and it is not a port or motherboard problem. I want a refund on this because such a big problem going unfixed for such a long time is not ok.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
