Razer Viper V3 Pro left click doesn't register

My mouse won’t register left click properly. In valorant when holding down left click it will automatically stop and then start shooting again. It comes it phases 50% of the time mouse works fine 0 issues, then the other 50% it will click sometimes and not respond to others. Even clicking in browser won’t register sometimes and only works after multiple clicks.
I checked mouse input and when I’m holding my left click down it somehow register as me letting go but then automatically clicks again after a while.
Had 10+ razer mouses before and never had this happen, very annoying for the price I paid.

Hey kevinrep88,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing while using the Razer Viper V3 Pro. Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the issue? Does this happen only in Valorant, or does it also occur in other games or applications? Let’s try the troubleshooting steps below to fix the problem.

  1. Clean the affected button using a can of compressed air.
  2. Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
  3. Verify Windows is up to date.
  4. Update the Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware.
  5. Check if the software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse fixes the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Check if the issue persists with a different PC without the Razer Synapse.

Feel free to PM me along with your mouse serial number and teh results of the troubleshooting steps done so I can check for other workarounds. Thanks!
