Razer Viper v3 Pro loses connection for one second every half an hour

Hi.
I have been using the mouse for quite a long time and a week ago I started having a problem where the mouse loses connection every half an hour for one second, the LED on the mouse lights up and the connection resumes.
I've tried updating firmware, replacing the cable but it doesn't solve the problem.
No such problem was detected when using it over the wire.
What should I do?

    I'm here to help. I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro is having an intermittent connection issue. Does this happen when you are using it wirelessly or wired? To isolate the problem, please ensure that the dongle is fully seated directly into the computer's USB port and not a USB hub. Also, try testing your mouse with another computer.
