+1Try resetting mouse via synapse to defaults.

Hey there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
