Razer Viper V3 Pro not charging

Hello,

I tried charging my v3 pro but it only stays at 0%. I have already updated the firmware.

Is there any other fix?

    Probably bug in Synapse. But how long does it last on “0%”?

    I’m having I think an issue with my Razer viper v3 pro. I just bought it today and it is at 34%. I have let it charge for about 20-30mins, but the percent has yet to go up. The mouse works and lights up, but the percentage isn’t going up. I have the latest firmware. I tried resetting it by holding both clicks down and the scroll wheel, I have also tried restarting synapse and my pc but again it just says it is charging but isn’t going actually up. How long does it typically take to change?.
