I recently received a Razer Viper V3 Pro as a gift, but the battery does not charge and it always shows 0%. Could you advise me on how to resolve this issue?

    I recently received a Razer Viper V3 Pro as a gift, but the battery does not charge and it always shows 0%. Could you advise me on how to resolve this issue?

    Does your PC detect your mouse when it is plugged in? If yes, please check if your device firmware has been updated by downloading it here. You can try connecting the mouse to another USB port or PC with or without Synapse and see if the charging status on the mouse is on static green (which means it is on 100%). Otherwise, you can remove all your Razer files from your PC by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please restart your PC, then reinstall the Razer Synapse, including its updates.
