ES : Hola, compre hace menos de un mes un razer viper v3 pro, y funcionaba perfectamente, ayer cuando llegue de trabajar note algo raro, la luz amarilla persistia ( a pesar de haberlo dejado conectado durante el tiempo que estaba trabajando para que se cargue ) asi que busque y se quedaba fijo en 29% de bateria, busque soluciones, intente actualizar el firmware, el synapse, apague el mouse y cuando lo apague paso de 29% a 0% absoluto, ahora solamente prende cuando se conecta el cable y sigue sin cargar, es nuevo el mouse, sera un problema de bateria?
EN : Hello, I bought a Razer Viper V3 Pro less than a month ago, and it worked perfectly, yesterday when I got home from work I noticed something strange, the yellow light persisted (despite having left it connected during the time I was working to charge it) so I searched and it stayed fixed at 29% battery, looked for solutions, tried updating the firmware, the synapse, I turned off the mouse and when I turned it off it went from 29% to 0% absolute, now it only turns on when the cable is connected and it still doesn't charge, is the mouse new, could it be a battery problem?

Hi there,
Thank you for the detailed info. Have you tried plugging it into a different power source? What about another computer? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
