Razer Viper V3 Pro Not Recognized When Connected via USB

I've been using my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about a year without any issues, both in wired and wireless mode. However, this week, the wired connection suddenly stopped working. Whenever I plug the mouse in with a USB cable, my computer doesn't detect it at all, although it continues to work perfectly when connected through the wireless dongle.

To rule out a problem with my PC, I also tested the mouse on another device, but the same issue occurred. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, @autoVividCeruleanONYX715!

It seems to be a problem with the actual cable. When and where did you purchase your mouse? Let me know along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number via PM so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
